Drop Kicked By The Force Of Gravity

Sooooooo this week has been insane, absolutely crazy!!
To start it off, last Monday Sister Boyack and I went sledding on a cardboard box with a garbage bag over the top of it. That was soo fun ahhah!

Okay so we have been teaching this guy and his name was Bradley. One day out of the blue we get a call from Bradley and he was looking for a church. He said he's never really been religious and he wanted to come to church this next Sunday. We were thinking what the heck, God must really be blessing us by sending Brasley to us. Well a few days later we had another phone call with him and we were planning on teaching him the restoration. But no, homeboy didn't even know who Jesus was.  At this point Sister Boyack and I were thinking that this was a little weird, but we just kind of kept going with it. A few days later we had another phone call with him, and on our phone call we asked him questions and he just sat there, he doesn't answer he just sits there. We asked him if he's still there and he's always like "yeah I'm here." So we decided to record one of our phone calls to show the other sisters. When we showed the other sisters, they knew his voice, they've taught him before, but they knew him as a Robert..... he's also known as an Andrew. We were freaking out when we figured this all out. So we decided to call President Graham to see his thoughts, and on the call I asked President if he wants to join the first zoom call we have with Bradley in a couple hours. When I asked that I was joking, but President Graham was like "yeah I want to join, send me the link." I was sooo nervous for this zoom call because Bradley is scary and President Graham will be there. So we got on the zoom call and talked to Bradley for a second and just asked how his day was and told him that we have a member joining the lesson, then we let President Graham in the zoom room. When President Graham got in the room, he just started railing Bradley with questions, he wasn't mean, he was just stern and bold. Bradley ended up saying that he lived in Philadelphia, he first told us he lived in Bristol, which was 30 minutes away from us. We figured out that he's actually from Washington and that's where he is now. President Graham told him that we were in Tennessee and Bradley hurried and got off the zoom call. President then called him and he hung up on him then he left a message saying he would try again later and that Bradley needs to stop contacting so many Sister missionaries. Come to find out he's contacted 4 of the other sisters in our mission. It's kind of crazy, we think he just sits and learns from missionaries all day haha. Hopefully he's learned lots

Anyways on Thursday we had our last district council of the transfer which was a little sad, but it was so so good! And then after us sisters all went to Chilis. Funny story there, Sister Boyack was messing around and ended up hitting my Coke and the whole thing spilled all down the front of me, it was soooo funny, she felt really bad, but I didn't even care. After Chili's we went to our friend Angel's house, this week we taught her the restoration and we put her on date for baptism on March 12, which is so exciting!

We had a dinner appointment at a member's house with one of our friends that we were teaching. He was bringing his new girlfriend to meet us. I had to make dinner for everyone for that appointment, I made chicken tortilla soup, and Sister Boyack made chocolate covered strawberries to go with it! It turned out really well, they all said they liked the soup so that's good I guess.

Hi special guest Sister Boyack here:
Hiiiiii! The other day Sister Merritt literally slipped down the stairs like a slide at the park. Water from the roof of Ernie's Apartments was dripping creating a slick invisible ice sheet... she got straight launched to the bottom, we laughed about it for 5 years. We went to go out contacting, and that's when Sister Merritt got absolutely drop kicked by the force of gravity. I think she's doing good now, those black stairs will getcha
Also, LOVE her!!!
Ok bye

We had transfer calls the other day and I'm a little upset. Sister Boyack is getting transfered to a spanish Area in Lebenon. I'm so excited for her, but sad she is leaving me :( I'm staying here in good ole Marion. My new companion is a historical sites missionary so I bet she is going to be very smart about the history of our church, which is so exciting!

But yeah it's been a crazy week, but it's been soooo good! I'm so blessed!
I looooovvvvveeeee youuuuuuuuu

Sister Merritt!
