Call Me A Farmer

y'all this was a crazyyyyy week!

To start it off, on Tuesday we ate dinner at the stake presidents house. They live on a farm and they are always doing crazy things when the missionaries are coming over. So I told the stake president that I wanted to do something fun on the farm. And he goes "well we have to kill and burry this sheep" I go "YESSS" so we went down on the farm and they cut the sheeps throat and we got to burry it. It was a little violent for a missionary, but I had a blast! They gave us boots and cowboy hats, it was really fun!!

Then on Wednesday, we had transfers and I went and picked up my greenie. She's cute, her name is Sister Bosted! She's doing really good, she isn't afraid of anything and that's really nice!

Had to say goodbye to sister Campbell and that sucked. She was my bestie and I love her! I bet she will go to Japan and that will be awesome for her! She was an awesome companion and an awesome missionary!

Our district is really cool this transfer, I like them all so that's good! We will all have lots of fun together!

On Saturday, our district leader texted us and asked us if we could send a miracle in the chat by the end of the night. So all day I was praying for a miracle. But the day wasn't going too well. We went street contacting and nobody wanted to talk to us, then we went and visited peoples houses and they were busy, then we tried to teach one of our friends and she wasn't home. So we were praying to know what we needed to do. We both felt we needed to go to Melton Lake and street contact there. So we did and at first nobody wanted to talk to us, but optimism is everything so we kept walking. At this point I was constantly praying that we would find someone, or that someone would at least want to talk to us. And we turned this corner and their was this cute Hispanic couple and their baby. We talked to them for about 10 minutes and we got their number. It was such a miracle!

This week was good though, I'm good, everything is good! I'm happy, I hope y'all are happy! Have the best week! I love you

Sister Merritt!
