Yuns Want Some Pizza?
HEYYYYY Y'ALLLLLLL!!
So this week has been pretty crazy and kind of all over the place lol.
We will start off with Monday, my district is kind of boring, I love them, but we all just have different interests. Anyways, we went to the lake to play volleyball and only two others played with me. It was them against me. And y'all already know that I still won even though it was two against one. I got to talk to my family today as well and that's always the best, gotta have my weekly fix of family
On Tuesday we had zone conference and that was really good! Zone conference is always amazing and it really motivates all of us to go out and to just grind. Sister Bosted and I got called on to do a role play in front of other missionaries and we teach one of the APs. It's the scariest crap. And let me tell ya, it was not my best role play. And after the other missionaries point out what's good and what we can work on, I got so chastized don't you worry. I saw my mtc comp here and that was awesome, she is so sweet! Then I had to say goodbye to sister Goldbaum (I used to live in a house with her) that was sad I love her! Then it gets even worse. Sister Campbell is leaving for Japan on May 26th, and when zone conference was over I turned around (she was sitting right begind me) and I realized that we had to say goodbye because that was the last time we would see each other, and I looked at her and just started crying. Then she started crying, and it was so sad and a mess. So that's a rip.
Then on Wednesday, I don't really remember that day, I have to think about what happened. Oh haha we visited a bunch of old ladies in the ward and one of them when we got there, she was so pissy hahah, it was so funny. She just was having a bad day and she said at one point "I wish I had some cookies or some cupcakes to give yuns, but I don't got nothin. Oh wait, we should order some pizza, would yuns like some pizza?" and we were like yeah sure and she was looking for money for literally soo long. But then she found some and it wasn't very much so we offered to go pick up the pizza. When we got back with the pizza, she was so so so happy... Homegirl was hangry! She was also just really happy to be able to serve us and feed us, which was really sweet to see!
On Thursday we had weekly planning, and because I'm a cool trainer, we go to the park and we weekly plan. Plus it's a finding opportunity if people are there!! And on thrusday it was really really warm, and yardy know we were sitting in the sun getting a pretty tan!! Oh and we also found a tortious at the park and I picked it up (not sure if that's allowed) I was scared I was gonna get some disease after but it was cool. Also we had a lesson with our friends that's parents are members, but these two boys are not. So we are teaching them and we put them on date for baptism this month, which is super super exciting for them!! I'm so grateful I get to be apart of their learning process!
On Friday sister Graham took us and the sisters that we live with to lunch at this place called Aubreys. It was so much fun to go be with her, plus the food was really really yummy! I got a strawberry salad with pecans and blue cheese and this sweet sauce, it was good! Also we got lost driving this day, we had no idea where we were and we didn't have service, but it was soooo pretty and the trees looked sooo good! So we had to take some pics
On Saturday we did service fof the morning and we did lots of yard work. They gave me my own section to work on, and it was kind of satisfying. Except 3 huge spiders charged at me and that was terrible. Then after service the Greenhalghs told us and the Elders to come to their house and they would cook us breakfast. Which was really fun, I love them! Then Sister Wallace took us to lunch to big Ed's Pizza and this was really yummy too. Big Ed's Pizza has been around for a long long while, so it's really really popular.
Nothing to crazy happened on Sunday except that I cooked dinner. And I cooked pork chops (that a member gave to us to cook) with rice. Let me tell ya, I had no idea what the heck I was doing with the pork chops, but they turned out amazing. I'm not just hyping myself up or anything, they were actually really yummy! And I had to season them myself and everything. I felt really good about that too :)
I'm doing good and time if flying by!
I believe in Christ!
He Reigns.
