Somebody Loves You...

This week went by slow, but I can't believe it's already over. So this email is a boutta be short

So on Monday we didn't do a lot, just talked to our families, went grocery shopping, and that's about it. It was a good pday!

On Tuesday I was flossing my teeth, and my floss got stuck to my retainer and it ripped one of my permanent retainers out. That sucked, now I have to go to the orthodontist and get it fixed :( we had a dinner appointment with sister Wallace tonight, this lady is my absolute favorite, I love her so much! We went to Aubreys and had the most spiritual conversation ever. She told us about how she got a priesthood blessing to help her stop smoking, and she hasn't felt the need. It was soooo cool, she is preparing for the temple and she is taking big steps and doing so so good! I love her.

Then Wednesday through Saturday we were sick and we did absolutely nothing. We actually bought a coloring book, so we colored for the majority of that time and napped the other majority. One of the friends that we are teaching had covid so we were actually scared we had covid, so we got tested! We were negative though so that was good!!

On Sunday, this is a funny story, we went to see one of our friends and this lady in lingerie answered the door. We were scarred, I couldn't stop laughing though lol.

I'm sorry, not a lot happened this week! I'm feeling better though, and I'm doing good, I like my new comp a lot, too bad she is going home in 2 weeks ahhhh!

I'll share a scripture :) to make up for the short email. 

It's from the book of Mormon, and if you haven't read that book, you should. It says: 

Therefore, hold up your light that it may shine unto the world. Behold I am the light which ye shall hold up—that which ye have seen me do. Behold ye see that I have prayed unto the Father, and ye all have witnessed. 

I love that scripture because Jesus is talking and he is the light that we all should hold up unto the world. This world can be pretty dark sometimes, so if we all hold up the light of Jesus christ and be like him, things will get so much better! He is the opposite of the dark :)
