My Comp And I Got Into A Fight Haha
Okay okay I'm literally sorry that my passed few emails have not been the grandest, but I'll make this one a good one just because I love my mom and I know that this will make her happy!
So update on my life here in Morristown Tennessee. It's good. Things are still veryyyy crazyyy, but they are slowing down. I want to tell y'all about one of the friends that we found that we are teaching. His name is Caleb, but I like to call him Alma the younger. I'm kidding, I don't literally call him that, but he's just like him. If you haven't read the Alma the younger story in a while, go read it now, why are you reading my email before you have read the scriptures for the day? Go to Mosiah 27

Okay anyways, back to Caleb, he is awesome! He used to not make the best decisions, but nobody is perfect and we aren't to judge. He got in a really bad car accident one night and died, but luckily he lived. He is living a different life now, he wants to "live for the Lord" it's amazing how much he has changed. He is still recovering from all his injuries, but he is doing awesome!
This week was absolutely awesome! I was sick for part of it, but I'm good now. We had zone conference this week, that was great! The sister zone leaders made all of us sisters in the zone sing and so I had to sing at zone conference and let me tell ya, that was out of my comfort zone. I didn't like that at all, but I did it, and I'm never doing it again. Zone conference was fun to go to because it was in Oak Ridge. It was good to be back, but it also made me sad because I just wanted to go see all of the people that I loved there and I couldn't. Being a missionary has definitely taught me a lot of self discipline. I also got to see people from my last district and that is always good :)
Then this week we had a sisters conference. So all of the sisters in the mission got together and we had speakers and it was great. This one member came and his name is brother Ford, he works for the FBI and he loves the church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints. The first thing he taught us,
Follow the spirit
The second thing he taught us,
Avoid things that give you bad feelings
The third thing he taught us,
How to FIGHT.
Man's literally trained us how to fight and get out of fights. It was sooooo cool, I can not wait to use these new skills of mine when I go home. Because dad I already know you are gonna pick on me and hahaha just you wait til I knock the wind out of you or make your nose hurt
Brother Ford also just started a new little food truck business, but it's not a food truck, it's a crumble cookie truck and swig truck mixed. Here in the south they don't have all the soda places because everyone here just drinks coffee and tea, but not brother Ford. He brought his truck with him, so we got to order a cookie and a soda drink. It was amazing, his truck is called sips 66. It's super cute, I missed that kind of stuff!
Then President and Sister Graham talked to us about marriage and that was freaky, I'm literally terrified to date to marry.
It was great to be with all of the sisters because I saw all of comps except for Sister Neddo and Campbell :( but it was great to see sister Howard, Sister Boyack, Sister Biggs, and sister Bosted. I did get to see sister Saunders too, I love that girl too with all of my heart.
I'm doing pretty good y'all! It's crazy because I hit my half way literally this week. Like absolutely insane, time is flying and it's making me a little bit sad.
My knowledge of the gospel is growing like crazy. It's kind of mind blowing to know how much I didn't know to how much I know now. I'm grateful to be a missionary and I'm grateful for all the prays and support that I have from y'all back home! I love & miss y'all
Peace out
