Merry Christmas
Okay y'all, so Christmas eve was probably the best day I've ever had as a missionary! Something that really stuck out to me that day was that we went and saw all the families in our ward that have missionaries out serving, it was the sweetest thing ever. It was really emotional for them because we told them "we wanted to stop by because we know you're missing a missionary, so we thought we would bring you some missionaries" They were all so happy, but it was also a very emotion moment for them. I'm grateful for the things I get to do as a missionary.
I was emailing my president If it wasn't for my Savior this work wouldn't exist. I'm full of gratitude. My heart is filled with the lord's love for every single person I come in contact with, pretty cool how that works. I just know the Lord would do ALL he could to teach these people about the gospel if he could. It's funny though because he can, he's just using us as his tools to do the work. I'm grateful for the opportunity. He's everywhere in the work.
I'm so grateful for the love that Sister Swift has shown me. She has seriously taught me to work so hard. I'm sad I only got one transfer with her, but it's what I needed moving forward with the rest of my mission. I know what hard work really looks like; she has set a great example for me!
Christmas was good! We went to this families house and they have all little girls! We acted out the nativity with them and that wasn't very fun for me! I've never done it before so it was kind of interesting I was a wise "women" lol.
My new comp will be sister Erekson, my companion from two transfers ago!! SUPER EXCITED ABOUT THAT!! it's gonna be a party!
We had Christmas zone conference this week and that was really special. The whole mission got together so the spirit was so strong the whole time. It was a once in a life time experience to be in a room surround by so many concecrated missionaries.
Love y'all
