2 Hour Flu..

Hey y'all...:')

This week has literally been the funnest week ever!! I loved every minute of it. We had so many awesome lessons this week and the birthday was a blast. 

I just love being a missionary. The message we share is so sacred and special. I am the happiest I've ever been and there's no other place I'd rather be. Tennessee is literally the promised land. I'm forever grateful I get to serve here!! I've met the best people, served with my bestest friends, and have grown so so so much!!! I am just feeling so thankful!!!

We had an awesome lesson with Leigh and Scott this week! We had dinner and a lesson with them at brother and sister Chuggs house and it was really well, but I'll admit that it was really long. We taught them the plan of salvation and that was all really new to them. Leigh asked us what will happen to her family when she gets baptized and sealed in the temple what will happen to her family. Then we had to explain Temples. They were asking about how our church does tithing, so we taught about that too. It was a whole lot for them to take in, but it was good! Then on Sunday she texted us saying they can't come to church because Scott worked all night and she doesn't have gas money. We'll we were sitting in ward coordination and talking about Leigh and Scott and we told them why they won't be there and sister Chugg whipped out her phone and started to text Leigh and offered her a ride, and she convinced Leigh to come to church. Something else that is crazy is that Leigh has really bad health right now, she's had cancer in her overies for about 3 months, but doesn't have the money to get help. So she's been struggling, so sister Chugg had the idea that during the second hour we get her a priesthood blessing of healing. So we did that and it was super sweet, the blessing was so perfect for Leigh and I know that the words that were said were from God. After the blessing was over Leigh was crying and she had her head in her hands and said "I'M SO GLAD I CAME". I was so proud of Leigh for getting to church even when she didn't feel like coming! Church is something that puts people out of their comfort zones, but when we get out of it, we grow!
