Work On The Chicken Farm

Happy Happy Monday 

This week went by pretty quick, it was kind of a rough week, but also lots of good stuff happened. 

So in our area right now, we have been trying to find new people to teach ever since I've got to this area. Finding is exhausting haha, we've knocked so many doors. Some people are rude, most are nice but not interested, and few are interested. This past week most of our friends haven't been keeping the commitments that we give to them, or they told us they aren't interested anymore. So we went from about 25 friends to about 3 in one week. So thats been a big struggle this week and I don't think I'm emotionally prepared and motivated to go out and find all week again..  It will be good though, I know God has just got this perfect plan that's about to play out and we are gonna be apart of it. 

Last week on Tuesday and Wednesday, I was really sick. My stomach was not vibing... 

On Thursday we had zone conference in Greenville TN and that was sooooo good. The whole meeting was centered on faith and increasing our faith. It was soooo good! The spirit was so strong the whole meeting. Normally at zone conferences departing missionaries get to give their departing testimonies and I was the only missionary at that zone conference that was departing... I was nervous, but it was good. 

On Friday we went and did some service with our recent converts Sandi on her chicken farm. I don't like birds, so I was pretty uncomfy, but I did it. We fed the chickens and got the eggs and I wanted to scream lol. 

We had a tough day on Saturday, we had a bunch of our friends that speak Spanish set up for that day. So we scheduled with a member to come drive us to all of these lessons and she could translate for us... Yeah no, every single lesson fell through, nobody answered the door.... We even knocked some doors with her and people weren't interested and didn't answer the door. So that was a super let down.  

I spoke in sacrament at chruch yesterday and that went super good, I talked about being consecrated to becoming more like christ.

Anyways Im doing good and I love being a missionary. Sister Garbett and I are having lots of fun together, we even wrestled the other day lol so all is well with me
